Children’s Museum is going to combine its Annual Anniversary Holiday
Gala with a Community Festival of Trees! The Preview Party will take
place Friday, November 21st, 2008 at
the Children's Museum, 311 Main Street, Utica.
This event, which kicks off the Festival, marks a celebration of our
sponsors and designers and will be integrated into an evening of walkaround
hors d’oeuvres and entertainment, along with terrific raffles
and auction items! Event attendees will have the first opportunity to
view and purchase uniquely designed trees, from 2 feet to 7-1/2 feet
tall, designer
wreaths , stunning
centerpieces, poinsettia plants, gingerbread houses, holiday auction
items, and special raffle items. The evening begins with a VIP Reception
(invitation only)
5:30pm to 6:30pm
in the museum; Cocktail Hour 6:30–7:30;
Wandering Hors D’oeuvre Dinner 7:30–9:30pm;
Dessert, Coffee & Announcement of Raffle & Auction Winners 9:30–10:30pm.
In
addition to this holiday wonderland adorning our four floors, we will
be offering a limited-edition holiday ornament to commemorate the 2008
Festival. Donation $45 per person in advance or $50 @ at the door. Tickets
will be available on our website's secure
shopping cart.

| .....The 2007 Children’s Museum Annual Anniversary Holiday Gala was held on Saturday, November 17th, 2007 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm at the Children's Museum, 311 Main Street in Utica, NY. Catered Menu & Full Bar; Live Music & Dancing; and a Fun Holiday Auction. Gala Co-Chairs were Dan Trevisani & Joe Ruggiero with Auction Co-Chairs Arthur Rapp Jr., Cisco Piersma, Joanne Palumbo-Mozloom, Christine Cougan-Schram. Honorary Co-Chairs NYS Senator Joe Griffo & wife Laraine, and Oneida County DA Scott McNamara & wife Janice were in attendance, along with Utica Mayor-elect, David Roefaro. ..Our one big fundraising benefit of the year, it supports the museum's Future Vision for the children & families we serve. Donation $85 @ in advance ($150 per couple) or $95 @ at the door. Tickets available on our website's secure shopping cart. Ask our Board members how you can attend the private pre-Gala party!
